The Queensland Branch Rover Council NRC (National Rover Council) Observer participates at the Annual National Rover Council Conference within the Queensland delegation. The Observer is charged with discovering more about the NRC in order to become more actively involved over time. Though this role is not the primary NRC contact, they may be called upon by the state to either work in project teams for projects determined by the NRC.

The NRC Observer will work closely with the NRC delegate to build the relationship with the National Rover Council and adequately present Queensland Rovers at a National level.

  • Interest in the work of the National Rover Council.
  • Previous involvement in projects at a crew, region, state or national level.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • The NRC Observer will seek to gain knowledge from the NRC in order to advantage Qld Rovers.
  • The NRC Observer will ideally seek to apply to be the next NRC Delegate through the connections formed and project involvement.
